Shipping.

Free standard shipping on US orders of $50 or more. Under that, standard shipping is $8.00. Standard delivery is 5–7 business days from dispatch.

Express is $29.99 at checkout, 2–3 business days from dispatch.

Order processing: orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You will get tracking by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

International: $19.99 to Canada, $25.99 everywhere else we ship. Delivery is usually 7–14 business days from dispatch.

Customs and duties: orders outside the US may be charged import duties or taxes by your local customs office. These are set by your country, not by us, and are paid by you on delivery. Parcels refused at customs cannot be refunded.

Returns.

30 days, even opened. Wrong shade, wrong feel, changed your mind — if a product is not working for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery.

Email hello@zobyda.com with your order number and we will send you the return address.

Return postage is yours; the refund is ours. We do not send prepaid labels, so getting it back to us is on you — please use a tracked service. We refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return arriving.

Damaged or wrong items: if your order arrived damaged or you got the wrong thing, email hello@zobyda.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, shipping included, and we cover the return postage. Our mistake, our cost.
