Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status at any time.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Zobyda is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your order, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us at zobyda.beauty@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help.
