Why the set, not the pieces

Built to layer

Each step is designed around the one before it: the oil cleanses without stripping, so the next layer goes onto comfortable skin. The evening puts hydration back before the morning starts again.

Nothing to figure out

Morning is four numbered steps, evening is three, and the lip balm lives in the bag. The one thing we do not make is a sunscreen — wear whichever one you like over the morning moisturizer.

Zobyda is new — here is what you can count on:

  • Thirty days, even opened. Try it. If the tint is not your shade or the formula is not for you, email us within 30 days of delivery and send it back — you cover return postage, we refund the full purchase price.
  • Every ingredient, out in the open. Full ingredient lists on all eight product pages, plus a plain-language ingredient glossary. The Night Renewal Creme contains fragrance and a colorant, so we flag it for anyone with very reactive skin — everything else, you can check for yourself before it arrives.
  • Honest descriptions, not miracle claims. We tell you what each product does and how to use it. We will not tell you what your skin will look like in six weeks — because we do not know, and neither does anyone who says they do.
  • Checkout is Shopify. Your card details never touch us — Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay all work.
  • A real person answers. Email hello@zobyda.com about a shade, an ingredient or an order, and you will hear back from one of the two people who run this, usually within a business day.

The things worth knowing

What order do I use everything in?

Mornings: cleansing oil, niacinamide serum, moisturizer, tint. Evenings: makeup remover, hyaluronic serum, Night Renewal Creme. Lip balm whenever. The order is printed on the card in the box. There is no SPF in the set — we do not make one — so wear yours over the moisturizer.

What if my tint shade is wrong?

Email hello@zobyda.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery — even if it is opened — and we will swap it or refund you. Return postage is yours to cover; the refund is ours.

What is in the formulas?

Vegan and cruelty-free, all eight, without exception. Plant-based is a narrower claim and we only make it where it is true — the Cleansing Oil is a blend of nine plant oils, the Lip Balm is oils, butters and candelilla wax. Others are not: the Night Renewal Creme is an actives-led formula built on glycolic acid and a retinoid, it contains fragrance and a colorant, and it is not a sensitive-skin product — wear SPF the following day. Retinoids are usually avoided during pregnancy and breastfeeding, so ask your doctor before using that one. The ingredient glossary explains the main ones in plain language. As with anything new, patch-test on the inside of your wrist first.

Where is it made?

Five of the eight are made in the US — the Cleansing Oil, both serums, the Oil-Free Daily Moisturizer and the Night Renewal Creme. The Makeup Remover, Tinted Moisturizer and Vegan Lip Balm are made in Canada. Ingredients are sourced globally. Each product page says which.

How long does the full set last?

Both serums are 30ml, the Night Renewal Creme is 50ml, and the sizes for the rest are on each product page. How long that lasts comes down to how much you use and whether you run both routines every day.

When will it arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard US delivery is 5–7 business days from dispatch, and shipping on this order is free. Faster shipping is available at checkout.
